Cummins, CCL Products, Pricol down 5-8% on poor Q3 numbers

CCL Products' Q3 (Oct-Dec) net profit slipped 11 percent at Rs 40 crore and revenue was down 5 percent at Rs 274 crore.


Shares of Cummins India, CCL Products and Pricol down 5-8 percent on the back of poor December quarter numbers.

Cummins India reported 13 percent decline in its Q3 net profit at Rs 172 crore, while the revenue was flat at Rs 1,354 crore.

The operating profit (EBITDA) was down 13 percent at Rs 196 crore versus Rs 226 crore and margin was down 220 bps at 14.5 percent,

The board of directors of the company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 5 per share for the financial year 2017-18.

CCL Products' Q3 (Oct-Dec) net profit slipped 11 percent at Rs 40 crore and revenue was down 5 percent at Rs 274 crore.

EBITDA was down 17 percent at Rs 64 crore and margin declined 330 bps at 23.4 percent.

Pricol registered 16 percent dip in its Q3 net profit at Rs 87 lakh, while revenue was up 7 percent at Rs 326 crore.

EBITDA of the company was down 5 percent at Rs 13 crore and margin was down at 4 percent

At 09:33 hrs Cummins India was quoting at Rs 841.65, down 7.02 percent, CCL Products India was quoting at Rs 283.05, down 3.92 percent and Pricol was quoting at Rs 101.75, down 3.37 percent on the BSE.
