CONCOR gains 3% as co to consider issue of bonus shares


The share touched its 52-week high Rs 750 and 52-week low Rs 541.45 on 22 January, 2018 and 25 October, 2018, respectively. Shares of Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) gained 3 percent intraday Monday as company is going to consider issue of bonus shares to its shareholders.



A meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on December 20 to consider issue of bonus shares to the shareholders of the company which, if approved, will be subject to applicable regulatory provisions and the approvals of shareholders and others as may be required for the same.

At 13:25 hrs Container Corporation of India was quoting at Rs 662.40, up Rs 2.10, or 0.32 percent on the BSE. 

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 750 and 52-week low Rs 541.45 on 22 January, 2018 and 25 October, 2018, respectively.
Currently, it is trading 11.68 percent below its 52-week high and 22.34 percent above its 52-week low.
