Shares of Majesco gained more than 3 percent intraday Tuesday after company entered into partnership with Capgemini.

Capgemini will bring its extensive insurance innovation, customer service and digital capabilities to implementations of the Majesco Life & Annuity (L&A) and Group Core Suite for insurance carriers in the life, annuity, group, worksite, and voluntary benefits market, helping them to achieve speed to value.

Adam Elster, CEO of Majesco said, "The L&A and Group insurance market is undergoing rapid innovation and transformation that demands modern core solutions underpinned by strategic partnerships that enable implementation in months versus years."

At 10:42 hrs Majesco was quoting at Rs 539, up Rs 10.25, or 1.94 percent on the BSE.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 572.00 and 52-week low Rs 401.10 on 07 September, 2018 and 19 July, 2018, respectively.

Currently, it is trading 5.78 percent below its 52-week high and 34.37 percent above its 52-week low.
